The Lumen is part of the Newcastle Helix development, a centre quarter of its kind in the UK, full of hundreds of progressive homeowners and renters, academics, tech entrepreneurs, big businesses, food and drink venues. The Lumen will be a fluid business space, with flexible working rooms and a minimal sophisticated design. I was involved in developing a new brand for this building that complements the Newcastle Helix brand, whilst having its own distinctive personality.
